Shiso

Shiso, also known as Perilla, is a plant in mint family that used often in Asian cuisine. Both leaves and buds are edible.

Shiso Pasta

Simple and refreshing pasta. Add minced shiso leaves, olive oil and salt to taste into your favorite cooked pasta.

Shiso Buds

Shiso flowers and buds are edible. The buds have more intense flavor compared to leaves.
